What sound effects are included?
12 effects ship built-in on every plan: vine boom, boom, whoosh, ding, ping, beep, airhorn, oof, tada, cricket, record scratch and fart. Drop them at exact timestamps from chat ("vine boom at 0:08") or from the timeline. Pro+ adds automatic placement on detected events — say "vine boom every time I die" and Gemini watches the clip to find the moments.
What are smooth transitions?
When silence removal cuts a clip, the joins between segments are hard cuts by default — which can pop visually and audibly. Smooth transitions add a ~0.3 second crossfade (dissolve) or fade (dip to black) at every cut seam. Available on every plan, just say "crossfade between cuts" in chat.
What is content-aware editing? (Pro+ exclusive)
On Pro and Business plans the editor uses Google Gemini to actually WATCH your clip — not just transcribe the audio. That means prompts like "cut 5 seconds after each kill", "vine boom every time I die", or "highlight the moment I laugh" resolve to real timestamps. Free plans get text-only prompts; the editor handles silences, captions, transitions, sound effects (with manual timing), colour and music just fine, but can't reason about what happens visually in the video.
What counts as a "video"?
Each successful export. Previews and failed jobs don't count. If a render errors out, your quota is refunded automatically.
What does "up to N minutes per clip" mean?
The maximum length of the source video you can upload at that tier. Free is 10 minutes per upload, Pro is 60 minutes, Business is 3 hours (long enough for full tournament VODs or stream highlights). For sources longer than ~50 minutes, AI captions only cover the first ~50 minutes due to a third-party API limit — cuts, color grade, music and watermark still apply to the full length.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, any time. Upgrades and downgrades take effect immediately. Stripe prorates the billing for you.
How do I cancel?
One click in your dashboard, or via the public /kuendigung page (required by EU § 312k BGB). Cancellation stops the next renewal — you keep access through the end of the period you already paid for.
What about the EU 14-day withdrawal right?
You waive it at checkout (§ 356 (5) BGB consent box) so we can start serving you immediately. Without that consent we wouldn't legally be allowed to render your videos before day 14. Once you confirm, the withdrawal right ends.
What happens if I hit my monthly limit?
Exports fail with a clear message and a one-click upgrade link. Your account + previous renders stay intact. Quotas reset on the 1st of each month.
Is there an annual plan with a discount?
Annual plans (2 months free) are coming soon. Existing monthly subscribers will get an upgrade offer in-dashboard.
